This HUB was designed and is operated by "ForHelp LLC." for the express purpose of creating a WORLD clearing house ON THE CLOUD for freedom loving IRISH PEOPLE their descendants and friends all over the WORLD, to allow them to register their desire to remove the artificial border which was established on that Island over 100 years ago. The purpose of this HUB is to avail of the power of the internet to allow for a world central reference point in the land where the displaced millions of refugees found a home. It seemed appropriate that here in the home of freedom, the last great movement for the unification of the island of Ireland should take root, sprout and prosper among the diaspora of that island that now needs their help.  

 

This "For Help." toolkit is designed with a number of innovative new and helpful ideas, it can be called upon to help the man or woman on the street to call for help in their time of need, or to join their friends and neighbors for a louder call if that one is not heard or heeded. Just over 27 years ago with a powerful nudge from the United States, under its "President, William Clinton" a great gathering of all the groups involved in the long and bitter conflict in the 6 counties of Northern Ireland assembled in Belfast to talk about ending the shooting, which had gone on without letup for over 30 years. This Group was assembled under the Chairmanship of US Senator George Mitchell, appointed by The US President William Clinton, This Gathering consisted of all elements involved from Irish Republican Freedom Fighting Sinn Fein, to those representing The Colonial Oppressor, Great Britain, and all in between, under the All-Powerful US Umbrella, Chaired by Senator George Mitchell. It took years of talking and listening to come to an understanding and finally to agree to stop shooting and continue talking, and George sat patiently through it all and skillfully steered the disparate groups through this "minefield" of discussion to an Agreement, and signatures of the relevant parties, as the guns and bombs fell silent, or for the most part did. 

 

This Agreement, signed on Good Friday of 1998, which looked sketchy at signing, has stood the test of time and weathered many Vicissitudes over the intervening 27 years. Of all the clauses in the Good Friday Agreement none carried more significance than that which gave THE PEOPLE OF THE ISLAND OF IRELAND the right to hold a referendum on Unity when the British Representative in the Northern 6 Counties determined that a majority of its population were in favor of a United Ireland. Now 27 years on from the Signing of that Agreement, the landscape has changed a great deal on both sides of the border and the time is fast approaching when the Irish People North and South will be ready to cast a vote on the Unity Question.
